Friendly staff, quick to work on my truck after scheduling an appointment for early drop off. Tracie was upbeat, enjoyable to talk to and very helpful on letting me know where to drop off my keys. Will be continuing to come here for anything my truck needs

Tracee was so welcoming and explained everything in detail. I also appreciated hearing the information from the inspection (along with pictures) from a mechanic. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. They were SO timely. The quickest turn around time I've seen when I've booked an appointment. I loved that they honored a veterans discount. Them and Napa will honor a warranty for a certain amount of miles. I got tpms sensors replaced, brake pad and rotors. It's extremely hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and this office will make you feel at home, while being completely transparent.

I can't really comment on mechanical ability, nor consistency over time. We are new to the region and recently had two vehicles serviced here. I called regarding billing discrepancies between vehicles and...there was NO runaround. They took the time to hear me out, pull up and compare, and then explain. No negative tone. No defensiveness. Simply listened and shared information. A few weeks later, we received these cards in the mail (see photo). To take the time to do this for customers, in an age of rapidity and digital existence, shows very clearly that Wayne's Automotive Center is trying to SERVE their customers with integrity, sincerity, and honesty. I could not ask for much more. My life as a consumer would be much easier if this was the typical experience. We all know better. No one person or business will always be perfect. The best people and businesses recognize this fact and are always willing to listen and consider and appropriately respond. While I'm not too stoked about prices for general servicing these days, I'll still patronize Wayne's because it seems like they actually care. 🎉 Thank you, WAC. I have taken my cars to Wayne's Automotive for many years now. After using the dealerships and other shop in Reno and Sparks they excel in customer service, workmanship, care, honesty, and concern for me as a customer so far above the traditional level. Through the years of service that I have received from Wayne's every visit has been exceptional. Tracee, Andro, and the front staff has always communicated and informed me on a professional level that is incomparable. I always feel that the guys doing the work is being done as if it was their own car that they are working on. They have saved my life and without doubt other lives as well by the quality of work that they do, and have done. Thank you guys, and Tracee for the safety, and the peace of mind that you give.

Tracee, Andro, And James are unbelievable. Every time I work with them, they give me the absolute best customer service that I have ever received. They are courteous, attentive, honest, efficient, professional, and always make sure that I receive the best service possible. They have helped me multiple times over the years, from minor tune-ups to Major repairs. They are honest, incredibly fast, and incredibly kind. They inspire me to run my business better. I cannot recommend them and Wayne's automotive enough.
